The Operations Team, the operations arm of IG4 Capital, is formed by skilled and experienced senior executives who work exclusively for IG4 Capital, across our portfolio companies.
The main activities include but are not limited to due diligence, regulatory negotiations, designing of new business plans and turnaround strategies, changes in governance and credit covenants.
Operation Team members are industry experts and become responsible for execution during the turnaround stage. As such, they may serve as C-Level executives, board and committee members of invested companies.
