About Instituto Iguá
Iguá Saneamento established the Iguá Institute for Sustainability (IIS) in 2018 to demonstrate their commitment to making a difference in the sanitation sector, promoting the expansion of the social impact of this activity. Developed through partnerships with other companies, social organizations and investors that share a common goal, the Iguá Institute for Sustainability’s mission is to contribute to the universalisation of sanitation in Brazil, through the promotion of innovation and education for sustainable development. Iguá Institute for Sustainability understands creating a positive impact in the sanitation sector goes beyond treating and providing water and collecting and treating sewage. It means focussing on discovering innovative solutions to solving old problems and leaving a positive legacy for future generations of Brazilians.
