Iguá Saneamento, one of the largest private water and sewage concession operators in Brazil, announced that it has raised R$120 million in new debt financing via the emission of debentures with Banco Votorantim and XP Investimentos.
The company will use the proceeds of the financing to continue investing in its 18 concessions and public-private partnerships.
